Confluency is a different kind of company. Half our work is delivering advanced hydraulic modeling and optimization projects, working on some of the most exciting projects across the US. The other half is developing a transformative software product that integrates simulation and machine learning to help better manage water and wastewater systems. We combine a deep technical skillset with a passion for protecting our water resources and helping increase the resilience of water systems to a changing climate.

Start-ups are not for the faint of heart. You need to be self-motivated, very technically proficient, a team-player, and relentlessly focused on doing whatever it takes to solve customer challenges.
